The kids got out of school last Thursday and I do believe I'm finally in recovery! It's hard to believe how fast this last year went. Mackenzie will be a Junior next year, starting to research potential colleges and on the big count down to her Senior year. Steven begins his journey in to Junior High. We've already seen signs of the hormone change haha! He's also grown quite a bit height this year.
We will be hanging out in AZ for the first part of the Summer while Mackenzie takes Chemistry. Since I didn't want Steven just hanging out watching video games I signed him up for Summer School as well. He's not real happy with me but that's just too bad. He's also going to do a skate boarding class with his friend Kira.
Hopefully there will be no broken bones this Summer!
Steven and his gal pals Jaime, Kira & Jessie.
Here Steven is doing the forced pose! Yes, his sister straightened his hair for graduation. We always want what we doing have!
Steven left last Thursday to go to Del Mar racetrack to camp and hang out with his best friend Garrett and their church. He had a blast!!! Came home with a shirt saying he lost his mother in the mosh pit. Why I find this funny....I'm not really sure.
Mackenzie had a sleepover Thursday evening with her best friend McKinzie and then the girls went to see two movies. I joined them for the second one, Letters to Juliet. Total chick flick but I really enjoyed it. Then we met Debbie, Ross & Collin for dinner that evening at Vito's.
Saturday John played golf and we watched the Suns loose to the Lakers. Pretty sad.
Sunday evening Mackenzie and I went to Jackie's where she had arranged for all of us girls to get massages. We even let Mackenzie and Rachel get half hour massages. I didn't realize how stressed out i had been. Hopefully that will change with the end of school.
Yesterday Karrie came over for a bit of stamping. She really wasn't in the mood. It was a slow start but I did manage to produce some new cards. Here's the first one!
I absolutely love this little car from Papertrey Inc. I wasn't sure if I was really going to use this set but now it's one of my favs. Pairing the car with some fun and funky paper made it an easy card to throw together.
Since friend Jackie always complains I don't post all my cards I thought I would go ahead a post more than one today.
This is a basic little boy card. I don't really have that many little dudes except for Jessie's boys but I couldn't resist this little plane and the clouds. This one looks so much better in person.
Here's another car card. See how you can change the license plate?....love that!!! All total I made 10 cards on Monday. Check back tomorrow for a few more samples.

You made 10 cards? You must have kept going after I left, eh? heehee
I am actually feeling in the mood to stamp tonight, want to come over?? :)
Sorry again for the poopy pants yesterday, I promise to be better next time we get together!!
